There are no loans mentioned in the last Q-2 Report.
The Company issued 100 M shares in March 2017
for $ 290,000.

Plus debt was down and cash was up in Q-2 over Q-1.

Basic renovations - new paint and carpeting for the
new Clinics - shouldn't cost very much.
