yep, the lower the stock goes, the more shares the note holders get. they have a huge incentive to make sure people don't buy OMVS, huh?

as long as everyone thinks "OMVS sucks" and "the CEO is a scammer" the note holders can make even more money selling cheap stock when news hits.

oh, and that group who (IR claims) sold 30M shares at the top of the chart, looks like THEY get to reload right now for a lot less cash and pocket the profits.
