I'm not sure why a mitsui buyout is important at all. I don't understand why SUNW didnnt buy out SUNE backlog for the 15mil in the first place. Why did a company like forefront do it? Bragging that we got a contract from a middleman is not super exciting/it got the price up a few cents, so Im happy.

Never said Mitsui will buy Sunworks. "In August, Sunworks announced a partnership with ForeFront, a subsidiary of Tokyo-based Mitsui & Co., on a $4 million, 1.4-megawatt solar power construction project for nine elementary and middle school locations in the Los Altos School District.

I'm just implying that there is a rich uncle with deep pockets that is investing into renewable energies.......oh wait just realized this is replying to Sandy. I'm not going to waste anymore of my time trying to explain.
