In some states, a corporation can just print shares with no notification, that is what CMKM diamonds did. They are in the Yukon where shares can just be printed. Even at .0001 a billion shares is worth $100,000. They made $10 million, I think, with about a trillion shares and news releases about a stock car with their name on the side. There are lots of suckers, and simple questions unanswered should be a giant RED FLAG!
