In addition to the previous dilution this whole offering has been quite disturbing and goes to show the precise manipulation that can be performed in the markets.
I don't understand what's going on so I have liquidated all my shares and will wait a few days to see which way this is going. This is way above my pay grade. I doubt if many of us really understands this pricing and rights offering. I'm sure some do but not me. Got plenty of dry powder to reestablish a position.
