Was that Securities Transfer Corporation in Dallas? If it was they do not transfer shares for this scam anymore.

Might check Sunbiz.org and you will find Yo Adrian is the registered agent.

That might be the first clue as to who is issuing the shares and why you will never know the actual amount that is outstanding.
