Anybody know what the preferred share conversion to common ratio is?

Looks like 4 Billion shares outstanding, and Canoe Pool will be issued 150 million preferred shares which is to be worth 35% of the company after the merger. So they must convert at 12 to 1 or so??? Anybody???
