Well, this is a classic OTC situation. A company with extremely low volume and no revenue waiting for a R/S. Plus, the acquisition is dependent on successful audit, etc. so it is not all done deal yet.
I see a good potential for this some time after the R/S but we both know what a R/S does to the stock price especially when volume is super low and the company needs money to pay the bills until all the dust is settled and they have something to sell in the market. How long would it take for that to happen no one knows. Could be a few months from now or a year or even more. OW is always a great choice.
