In another words Duncan-Jeffy still hopes to sell it as a shell to the next scammer.

The new scammer owner(s) would then dilute out current TRII SHs, into a stock which is guaranteed to be a Pinky Microcrap scam.

But Duncan-Jeffy better hurry in selling the TRII scam as a shell. Before the SEC delists it after 2+ yrs of filing delinquency.
