There’s no dilution. Share structure is one thing that many posters have stated they do not like because it prevents the stock from running quickly and running high. But the company is aware of that and they plan to address it but they would like to do it at a good time so that the stock actually profits better from it unlike what has happened with these past PRs where news hits and we don’t go anywhere. So they plan to change the share structure and make it more favorable for investors when things line up better. Honestly I think it might be addressed next year if this year is as great as they’ve promised it will be with all these catalysts. They plan to uplist this stock to the next OTC tier so I’m assuming they may actually be planning to change the share structure to get it there. Otherwise they are relying on catalysts this year alone which isn’t a bad idea if they fulfill their promises which they’ve done so far in the past.
