Thats not true...

ONCI + NECA have a JV which means JOINT VENTURE.

In 3 weeks not only has that JV been announced, but furthered with ONCI actually taking control of BEST TITLE APP operations.

They are sister companies in that venture.

May not be as big a deal for ONCI cash flow, but brings connections/big time cash flow and STEVE BERMAN to the table for NECA.

The ONCI news release issued late Friday states: "On4 Communications is pleased to announce an update on its JV with NECA. ON4 will be running the Best Title App with its FLY communications team. Revenue will come to ON4 and be split 50/50 with NECA after expenses."

I was quite unhappy when ONCI announced a JV with that poorly managed business. With Friday's update, I feel better, and have a sense that ONCI could eventually own the Best Title App. ONCI needs to keep the upper hand. I also believe they are not, and never should be, "sister" companies.

That company is not ONCI'S sister. It is just a company hired to do a job for On4.

I have 6.5M ONCI and 25M NECA...roughly a 1:4 ratio.
The NECA is worth $20K and the ONCI is worth $100K right now. A 1:5 ratio.
I think there's a pretty good chance they will merge - NECA writes software and ONCI needs that, especially because of the changes various companies might request. I'd expect each one to have customization for their company, like Enterprise, Ford, Chrysler, etc.
ONCI is a holding company, and I can't see it not 'owning' that expertise, long term. If it happens, it will be interesting to see how it is accomplished - all stock or ???
