Thanks - that was interesting...it's obvious Admiral Richardson has experience fending off questions from the Senate oversight committee - if he said "I'm on it" after a senator asked him what he will do about specific issues needed to be addressed, I would scream.
The most honest person the senators quizzed was Mr. Pendelton - he isn't protecting his status in the Navy. Navy Sec'ty is new to the job, but he is a former business man and looks at many of the problems in the Navy as bussiness-like correctable.
One more point - for Sen Cotton to make a political speech about "wrong" votes Dem senators took and how they contributed to the accidents of THREE Navy destroyers was way out of order in this setting, and I am glad Sen Kaine responded as he did.
