Actually that is current. Aspire has added partnerships with major corporations. The strategy is to have the majors win the bid, but use them as a consultant because they are SDVOSB. Originally six months ago, everyone was speculating that Aspire was going to win individual bids on their own. When in fact, they wanted to team with the majors, work on the big contracts, but let the large corps bring them to the table. Check out their website and take a "Partners" tab. They have brought a few in recently. Including KPMG and Northrup Grumman.
