Not giving him a lot of credit but he didn't dilute this PIG,those who VOTED for dilution caused that to happen and he signed off on it on his way out the door.
IMO he would have been gone one way or the other. So...this ticker would have just set with only 3B in the till and shareholders still holding the majority of shares. Now you have 10-11B and no shareholder vote will ever be needed again.
This ticker is toast,it will never be anything with those diluted billions added and if RS'd anyone holding shares will be wiped out.
