the statement that they are fielding interest from player doesn't mean the company is looking for a buyout but that other companies are asking about it.
I find this part extremely misleading:

The company has never let out this type of information that they are looking for buyers for their company or want to be bought out.
As long as remembered from 2010-11, Dr Chan has stated they wanted to chart their own destiny.
