I agree...this pps needs to catch up to .05. Next fins will show share structure, which some just need to see validation. Next fins should show continued revenue growth, and I believe we will see convertible debt gone. Where could it go after .05? That will depend on the strength of any new contracts and the growth of other revenue streams. Berman is still working on additional JV options. $ONCI

Q: Was the NECA JV announced last week the extent of our business with them? How did you find these guys?
A: No, more plans down the road - working on a phase 2 by EOY. A close personal contact made the connection. I have also been getting calls from many companies looking to do a JV as well. We are interested in companies that are in AUTO SAFETY - AUTO WARRANTIES - INSURANCE and SPORTS.
