Maybe the shell Verdant has no existence any more..

Arch hill switched the shares IMO to Verdant in order to protect LTC from a hostile take over from FN ??

Now Hopefully the deal is inked and the shares are transferred to Monbat.

The questions are:
How many shares & for what price...
