When VCPS reports current outstanding share count this week, what do you think it will be?.......Will it be around 600 million, 650 million, 700 million, 750 million or 800 million plus?

So wouldn’t they benefit more from a RS in order to dilute even more shares into the market? I’m not saying that will happen now, and a run might sure come before then, but wouldn’t then next step be RS once the pretty much come close to maxing out the AS?

I’ve always wondered why a company would RS a stock before maxing out the AS, but I’ve seen it done before.
