You'd certainly think from all that talk about a company worth millions, and soon to make even more millions, that Will wouldn't be broke.

But he says he is.

Since some of the creditors are actually creditors of McCusker Holding (no s), you'd think it would have been appropriate to tell the people on the conference call about this. But then Frank did address it obliquely, by saying he thought the Kansas City suit wouldn't be a problem.

Now Will will perhaps have a reason not to pay them the full amount they're owed.
