The best way to do it is McNally starts talking about FDA submission, when, where, and how. He mentions it every chance he gets.

Oh, and one other thing, he talks about Titan being the only general surgery competitor to ISRG, anytime in the near future.

Yes the team should be in place before FDA. At least 6 months but 1 year is better. You can't get FDA approval and expect deals to roll in without a legit, well trained and prepared team in place.
