I simply cannot understand how ONE'S can sell ONCI shares @ this price?!

Yes, penny stocks are a crap shoot.

But, all one's has to do is doing some DD + CEO credential + connections in the media & auto industry?

You bring up a good point about paying the house off. My thinking is if I have a 5% mortgage instead of paying it off, I can invest it and make 10-15% and use it to pay the mortgage and still be money ahead. You're the personal banker, what do you think. ONCI will give us all financial freedom to choose.
