Parma was a full quarter minus a couple days but opened in the beginning of july

Wrong.....I took my photos of Parma on a Thursday, July 27. It opened taking appointments the following Monday, July 31.....I do not think they even started fulfilling those appointments for two weeks after that which would make it mid August. A month and a half.....half the quarter.
