Yes I see that now thanks. So between February 7th 2017 and February 16th 2017, a period of only 9 days, ALKM issued 1.4 billion shares. With Blue Citi only getting 130 million of those.
Still begs the question about where those other 1.3 billion shares went. Something isn't right for sure. Too bad the T.A. is gagged here.
