Non disclosure or confidentiality agreements - that's an excuse the company has been using for the past 20 years. For cryin' out loud just tell us if the motor/pump has been delivered and how sales are going for the watch. No customer needs to be identified. Doesn't seem like too much to ask of our CEO especially since he suggested there would be a CEO update after the motor/pump was delivered in August.
It is possible. It is also possible, But DK also promised an update. So he should have known the terms at the meeting so he could have crafted his words more appropriately. That being said, the Quarterly report wouldn't lie
