Mel has another year to go and then off to a very secure retirement (unless this administration wants to extend his term, which I highly doubt).
He has covered his butt on the GSE issue (the letter from yesterday is prime example).
His name, his position, his capacity, are all irrelevant now.
I dont know if I am more disappointed as a taxpayer or a shareholder.
I do know there should be a "Taxpayers Unite" coalition against Mel Watt's position. Perhaps that would gain more traction than the shareholders who get no respect.
