I didn't expect the offerings AH. So, we'll head north after offerings, hopefully not going down too much.

$12M public offerings, I didn't see they mention at what price is the offerings though. $12M is a lot, roughly 8-10m shares, I guess.

Maybe, but warrants and commons are just stating split adjusted holdings, they have no bearing on the offering. If going by the closing stated of $1.20 in the offering, it also comes with a .25 discount. Time will tell...
