Thanks for your response Rufus38. I should have gone with Virtual. Are you trading recently? Questrade told me that the only activity was a year ago and Virtual will also not be able to place orders.

Apparently they might make an exception if it's only phone orders. I find out Monday but I have a feeling this situation might get kind of ugly. This is a huge mistake.
