Reverse reason it declined every other day. In other words, no one knows. This stock makes no sense, other than that those that control it determine when, where, and how much.
We are just along for the ride, and hopefully the powers that be have decided to let this one rise for a few months to get back to where it is supposedly valued.
That is, unless Citi Group decides otherwise.
