Seems as if there is a lawsuit against current CEO. There is a lot to go through. Not sure what it's about. Saw that current CEO just lost a motion for summary judgement, and that according to CFO testimony, the CEO was ordering financial statements to be withheld. There is something about securities fraud there too.

Not sure if cannabis finance journalists know more.
