Unfortunately it can't correct itself to sub-penny fast enough. People still think they'll get their money back, who bought above 3 cents. Not going to happen I'm afraid. My advice is take what you can with these spikes to 0.028 and cut your losses, dont wait for the grey sheets cos then you'll have nothing left.
