looks like a test to me. the Cartel wanted to see what kind of buying force would jump on 16.20 target. a pretty good bounce,I would say. my guess is they would expect to see even stronger buying at 16.00 jump in.
From the peak , in this long downwave, the plunges haven't made such a strong bounce,until today. smaller bounces a few weeks ago, and the downwave continued. today's bounce was the first strong reaction. Why would they plunge silver down at new York's open, to a key target point (16.20) if not as a test. If it was a test, they got their answer. I still have my eye on 16 silver in the next downwave .
