I believe the price was dropped by a combination of:

1) delays (real or perceived) in expected news/updates
2) shorts/flippers
3) market maker manipulation
4) the price moved too much all at once and the stock was overvalued based on what was known at the time

I just find it curious that our stock has taken off right after the SEC announcement this week. No other news has been out.
