FINRA was undoubtedly taken aback once they realized what is happening. In fact, I still feel that at least some of the delays are so they can load up. After all, Bernie Madoff was closely connected to FINRA, so where there's money, there's someone going to try to get it by hook or by crook. I prefer those who do so honestly rather than those who resort to lies and false innuendo to accomplish their goals.
