It's all here, actually I didn't see it until the next big sell off which made go read it again. and ooops there it was, but I also think it was suspect as to how it all went down, they filed this stating it had been done already, but actually started selling off in earnest the next day. sneaky bastages... the best you can hope for now is that someone takesover the shell because it seems as though Wayno is in Limbo, what a douche bag.
