Shit I had the Mercury Topaz (like Tempo), not the (Mercury) Taurus. I was 17 and busy wrecking it. That thing was a LEMON. Finally blew it up on I-10 300 miles from home.

Taurus was a definite upgrade. Plum or Burgundy which was worst? Probably give it to you with the Plum.
