The funniest thing about INOH is their P&D PRs - they're so pitiful but good for a laugh. Of course INOH never finalizes anything.

Remember the "analyzing parameters" PR? lol, that was a classic. In that same PR, Goldy & Rosey said they would "endeavor to coordinate" interest of one the largest international port operators. They also said they'd position INOH in line with its treasure survey.

NONE OF IT HAPPENED.

Amazing no matter how often things "change" with INOH, they always stay the same. INOH is merely a P&D, over and over and....
