other than EFUEL Network anyone ever heard of those subsidiaries before? I don't recall them in any of the filings...
makes sense that EFLN is a subsidiary of EAFN...
Maybe this is why some things dont add up... eFuel doesn't own anything they lease it all from EAFN...
EAFN owns commercial and mixed-use properties in Florida, Georgia, Indiana and Ohio, slated for development. Four sites are earmarked as Cherokee Trading Malls, each including a luxury hotel, restaurants, and retail stores. Other properties in Georgia are being developed as condominium residences. Currently eFUEL holds leases on these properties. Once eFUEL’s cash reserves are sufficient to support the development of the Cherokee mall projects, EAFN will place these assets into eFUEL.
