I agree with you. This is just the beginning for OTTV. I don't normally put much weight into charts (except volume) for stocks under .01, but this chart clearly showed the bottom at .0014-.0016. OTTV can go up 200% in one day as soon as the timing is right. Over all the revenues will begin to show on the quarterly, after the one that is due and that will have a significant impact on the PPS.
