I agree RockRoll & those 400 Million shares would have had to of been issued prior to closing and part of the current OS and are now restricted. Going back to SHG's question, I would think the $2.5 million in annual revenue is gross revenue before taxes & expenses so the $1.5 million price seems fair to me.
