That's any easy one SHG- BlackFox will continue to operate as a subsidiary of MMEG and now be able to bring in a lot more than the $2.5 million per year once they're exposed to MMEG's Social Media user base and continues to bring in more clients. Also, through the deal, BlackFox now owns shares and is invested in MMEG so they will also make money off of the gains in MMEG stock. The deal benefits both the buyer and seller.
