but they dont have to do a 30, they just have the voting and wanted the "option" to if they want.

no company will go to another exchange with that many o/s.

picturing trying to sell your home without cleaning out all the crap first.

they need the r/s too look attractive to other buys and not have penny traders play games

First post here. I've been wondering about this myself. Has it been published that titan will do an up to 30-1 rs? Doesn't seem to make much sense to me to take one that steep. It seems like titan has about 3x as many outstanding shares (not including warrants) relative to the closest competitor, intuitive surgical has. At 30-1 the shares would be of tremendous long term value if they get anywhere near the market share or revenue of intuitive. I'm not the most seasoned investor in the room but just simple math bears that out. 31 million shares with isrg equals 1000 pps. With what titan has today in outstanding shares (100million) even at 100 pps titan is a steal (again if market share and revenues are similar long term)

I've been loving this ride up. Bought in at 2 bucks a share and road it all the way down. My pps is 15 cents now lol because I just kept buying
