Toxic financing to raise the cash is the Major problem here unless they could find a big investor to make a big deal or make significant profit from its sales!
In fact buying those High-Positive-Book-Value & FIXED-Small-SS OTC-Non-Reporting stocks (such as AFTC and TRDX) are much much better investments than pouring the cash into the Endless Huge-Diluting and Big-R/S pos scam such as NSPR!
