The Technicals have improved more today coming into the close. This should set off "alerts" to those that follow this type of trading. So far, no Fundamentals to back up the move. I have found, many times, that the Technicals will "forecast" a move, either way. In this case, to me, they are forecasting a Higher move. I added even more earlier. Tlsmd
