ok, that would be great if all goes well. Just buying the land, surveying, the construction permits, environmental work and applications, closing on the deal, getting building permits, water and electricity brought up to site... then pouring foundation can begin.
Not always one two three weeee.
I will revert back to what I implied, that I do not like to imply... hope. Sure they can get it done and perhaps in 5 months. Let's see.
Then we have to see if the CEO is above board with all this and not just another typical could careless about shareholders type guy who will come out fine just selling shares. We are a long way off yet.
