Look at the history of this one though. It's been at rock bottom forever. They haven't done their SelEC reporting in years. There is no news. They've been evicted from their offices. They did a reverse split in the summer of 2014 that brought them down to about twenty thousand shares outstanding and have diluted out to about 4.5 billion shares now. They owe several million in judgments and if you look at their SEC filings it was s clear that they have never paid a dime on their judgments. They have no real assets and can't have any because their judgment creditors would seize those assets to get paid. There is no reason for this stock to run, and any run that foolhardy speculators start would be shut down quickly by people holding those 4.5 billion shares who have been dying to get out for a long time.
It is just crazy to think this stock is going to run, but have at it if you want. Buy a truckload of it. It's not going to have any big run and at some point if it's not just delisted they're going to do another massive reverse split so they can knock out most of the shareholders and start making money in pump and dump campaigns again. Those are kind of pointless for them now with billions of shares out there competing with insiders when they do paid promotions. Why do paid promotions when there is so much competition to sell? If they do a massive reverse split, share price will go way up and then quickly tank and people holding millions of shares will all of the sudden have just a handful worth a few cents a share. Then OCFN can issue a bunch more and use them like money again and can do paid promotions and dump shares like crazy without everybody else eating up all the volume they generate with their promotions.
