Definitely, I would much feel safer with Rafe as well..However, I believe the board feels confidence in Michael Poutre's ability to be in control. So, my only question is, why was the filing not signed by the CEO...? I could be wrong but, I don't believe it is valid without a signature. Just for the record, I'm pro RMRK...
