Nasrat is a QC guy and he has shown the FDA over and over again for years the he can't even understand procedures and how to fill out paperwork correctly. He has also shown the SEC and every investors that he doesn't even comprehend how to fill out SEC filing paperwork. He should know better but all can see he doesn't.
