What I hope shows up in subsequent PRs is
1 What the exchange rate will be.
2 Will the exchange be for a limited time.
3 Will the exchange happen before the Consortium becomes free trading.
4 What will the value of the Consortium stock be when it opens.
As others have mentioned this can be a great opportunity for shareholders but a lot depends on what the answers to questions 1 thru 4 GLTA.

Very simple, TGGI and it's shareholders own a majority stake in the company. The share structure allows for TGGI and it's shareholders to create wealth within.
