Not willing to be pushed around? Doesn't look like QEDN and GEGI are faring so well in the Lattuca case. 7 year old case that resulted in judgments against Q and G. She is held in contempt for refusing to produce documents and sit for a deposition. Instead of having her attorney put together a coherent argument she filed something riddled with errors and typos and accuses the attorney that the Judge has been agreeing with of lying. She picks a fight with her own attorney and accuses him of lying.
All the while she never agrees to produce the documents her GEGI and QEDN were required to produce. I think it is pretty clear the Judge wants documents produced and for her to sit for a deposition. Until she does both of those things, which is going to require turnover of all of the merger documents she is going to have trouble with the Court.
I doubt Lattuca will stop with The garnishments and subpoenas. Who would've ever thought buying the GEGI shell would result in a judgment against QEDN.
