with ZERO dilution and no other catalyst, if ANYONE is willing to lose money to save face/ego..then on with the show.
Any and all that have done their DD on Liga are quite comfortable grabbing any cheaps if they happen to come back.
1. OLD management..GONE
2. NO DILUTION...PERIOD
3. Current management continues to close major deals including sustainable and Hurricane/Flood proof/ homes in the disaster areas where the weather took its toll. Revenues growing.
4. Financials look great and are constantly improving, ie .. cash in the bank last Q 200k ish, recent PR = 160k+ deposit for 5 story TEXAS condo complex.
5. Waiting for results of soil sample test on Panama City which is required by the code in that area. Then foundation can be done and framing/bldg can begin.
Anyone with doubts at this point needs to make a call or do some DD!
